90 Day In-Store Warranty!

Use, abuse, and make your partner scream with joy! If you experience reliability issues with your toy, simply email a picture or video of the damaged item and your order number to sales@thehappywife.com. We will work with you to replace the original item, substitute a similar item, or provide a store credit. Exemptions may apply.

If your product is not within our 90-day in-store warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any coverage under their warranty program.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we have a strict, no return or exchange policy, all sales are final!

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on purchased toys and products unless they are defective. This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
